Cities that sleep aren't the ones in this issue. Twelve writers spent three weeks documenting the 11pm-to-4am shift of the towns they live in. The result is a noisy, kerosene-lit volume printed on heavy newsprint and folded by hand at a kiosk in Pasar Baru.
