Our story

A bar built for slow conversations.

Kabin started as a Saturday-only pop-up out of a friend's woodworking studio. We sourced beans from four farms across Indonesia, baked laminated dough through the night, and decided the world didn't need another rush-hour cafe.

We still don't run on rush hour. We open at seven, close when the last conversation winds down, and reserve our sunny corner for people writing letters by hand.
