Our spring fair welcomed families, neighbours, and a good number of curious passers by for an afternoon of cake, games, and gentle chaos on the playground.
Pupils ran most of the stalls themselves. The lemonade stand sold out by two, and the home made bookmark table raised enough to add a fresh shelf of titles to the library.
A short science show in the hall drew the biggest crowd. Volcanoes were involved. Nobody was harmed, though a few front rows are still talking about the bubbles.
Days like this remind us that a school is part of its neighbourhood. Thank you to everyone who came, baked, or simply stopped by to say hello.
